I cant send out email

Det gick inte att skicka meddelandet. Autentiseringsinställningen är kanske
inte korrekt för servern för utgående e-post [SMTP]. Om du behöver hjälp att
lösa det här problemet går du till Hjälp, söker efter "Felsöka Windows Mail"
och läser avsnittet "Jag har problem med att skicka e-post". Om du behöver
hjälp med att ange de korrekta serverinställningarna kontaktar du
leverantören av e-posttjänsten.

Den nekade e-postadressen var "(e-mail address removed)". Ämne 'Oscar LBS
Ljud&Mediaskolan', Konto: 'm1.568.telia.com', Server: 'mail1.telia.com',
Protokoll: SMTP, Serversvar: '550 RCPT TO:<[email protected]> Relaying not
allowed - please use SMTP AUTH', Port: 25, Secure (SSL): Nej, Serverfel: 550,

I don't read Swedish all that well, but it is helpful that server errors are always in English.
Do what is says, use SMTP AUTH: In Windows Mail,
Go to Tools, Accounts, select that account, Properties, Servers.
The box for "My server requires authentication" must be checked.

I am getting this too, I have had to pay so much to get it fixed and would
like to do it myself this time...any ideas?
 
That's not the complete error message.
Do you get an error message when you try to send or receive? If so,
right-click on your error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.
