I have to inform you:
In the next weeks this newsgroup will be swarmed with people complaining
about how bad vista is. It will not be questions and problems about vista,
but RANTS, voices of despair, anger and disgust about the monstrosity that
is being unleashed to the world....
The same is happening with internet explorer 7, but on this group, it will
be a thousands times worse.. because vista really SUCKS!

Brace yourselves .. a tsunami is coming ....and vista cant float....

One man's opinion.

So what you have really been doing is warming us up then, Minicub the one
man Tsunami.

Perhaps you should stand outside your local software shop with a sandwich
board with a sign reading "Ubuntu is the future, Vista is for the blind."
Really you are wasted here as we have already fallen.

Every new operating system goes through some initial growing pains, and the
adoption of Vista will be no more or less problematic than XP was, six years
ago.

Your anti-Vista crusade is remarkably pathological. Don't you have anything
better to do with your time than troll this forum, boring us all with your
infantile ranting?

Prediction: 5 years from now you will be singing the praises of Vista, while
denouncing the next incarnation of Windows.

You're the best example of an ignorantly obsessed individual I've ever
seen.
You need to get a real life.

I wonder why Microbrian posts to this group. Does he think that someone is going to read it and say, 'Gee, I guess I should not get Vista because he says it sucks'?

Thank you all for your kind words....

however I never said anything bad about any version of windows before...
One exception is WinME that I did not like a long time after its release.
I am a supporter of windows.. and think vista could have been what longhorn
promised.

When people started saying that windowsXP was bloated and did not
have good quality.. I looked at them as if they are insane...They knew
nothing about what makes an OS good.

Vista is something different. It is bad design, and I am right about what I
say, and you will all see the reaction of the world to vista...
Some of you guys think its terrific, and here I must say again.. You know
nothing about what makes an OS good.

I can safely say that vista is the worst windows ever.

I am just informing you of what will follow, whether you like it or not,
does not matter. Vista is horrible and it will be a flop.

Yeah! I remember the exact same type of reactions from idiots when the
automatic transmission was introduced to automobiles.

If you knew as much as you think you know,
You would realize that you don't know what you thought you knew!

No, you wouldn't have the brain to acknowledge the truth even if it is presented to you.

and this is the case.

The reaction of the world to Vista is that 90% of all new computers will
have Vista installed when a person buys the computer.

That's the bottom line.

When ME was out.. people that knew what they were doing asked for
win98 SE and not WinMe to be preinstalled, or wiped the pc and installed
their copy of 98.

the same will happen now, low quality shows, and I am sorry if you cant see
it right in front of your nose on your high res lcd screen.

The only RANTS we will see are from you.

But, you see, MicroBrain has made a BOLD PREDICTION: that there will be
lots of problem reports here once Vista is released!

Can you imagine the thought, the research, the industry insight that
obviously went into such a BOLD PREDICTION?

My BOLD PREDICTION: If you go into a doctor's office, you will see lots of
sick people.

I can see em coming......

Go build a new city somewhere.
Be sure to build a hospital.
At first while few people are in the city, the hospital will have few
visitors.
As the city grows, the hospital gets busier.
What does the busy hospital prove?
Nothing more than people will have health problems, self induced, accidental
etc.
The same applies to these newsgroups.
The fact these newsgroups will be busier proves nothing more than show that
more people will be using Vista.
And I suppose that is what you are afraid of, your "sky is falling" idea is
crumbling and there is nothing you can do to stop it except spread more of
your own FUD.

LOL good point. MicroBrain "I just don't understand why everyone in this
news group has problems?"

Richard Urban forecast:
The reaction of the world to Vista is that 90% of all new computers will
have Vista installed when a person buys the computer. ...

No, not 90 per cent of all... the is at least one global player that
"is not going to touch the wonder OS for another two years or so"

IT pros are waiting for SP2...

Not only that, but MicroBrain's position is contradictory. First he says
that this group will be "swamped with rants and complaints", then he says
that Vista is "such obvious low quality that no one will buy it and it will
flop".

Well, which is it? It can't be both.
