How to Protect CDDB

I have loaded probably 100cds into my local CDDB.
I am considering upgrading my CD drive.
It would be a real downer to lose all that data!

Will changing my drive and/or my music software cause me
to lose the CDDB file?
Is there any way to save or protect this information?

You will need to look in the program's option to see where the CDDB file are
stored. It's usually in a sub-directory called "CDDB".

To protect yourself, do what most self-conscious programmers do, BACK IT UP! In other words, type CDDB in Search and copy all the files to a CD before changing ANYTHING!
