George, I see your instruction fill through the nozzle head is different.
All other refilling kits either drill hole at top of bottom to refill.
Where can I buy a kit like this in Silicon Valley and how much?
Can somebody tell me where to buy the HP #45 black top nozzle refill kits in
Silicon Valley? We need long term support for our office supplies.

You'll want to order online, there are no stores that sell such kits. You'll
want the fill clip and a stock of storage clips (for keeping filled carts),
as well as the usual refilling supplies. Most places sell a kit with
everything you need to get started.
