There are numerous freeware defraggers out there. Defraggler, oodefrag2000 freeware version, jkdefrag >mydefrag 4.01, personally prefer the 3.36version with jkdefragstarter.
as for the personal files I would unhide them, right click on folder, clck properties, remove tick from HIDE and click apply.
run the defragger of your choice, when you reboot the folder will become hidden again.

well its the bin ok, the profiles/tu*default looks like a firefox file.
as previously suggested before you defrag, run a chkdsk c: /F on the drive. NOTE: you'll need to reboot. it will say the it is a system disk and locked would you like to run chkdsk at boot yes / no select Y and then reboot.
