How do you retreive an unsaved deleted file in word 2003?

How did you delete a file you never saved? If you didn't save
the file, then there was nothing to delete, and most likely there
is nothing to retrieve. The likelihood of successfully
recovering an unsaved document is low, but see

Have you noticed that there are a lot of posters recently who hit that
Delete or Exit key before they ought to?
