how do I show and print contact list by alpha by catagory?

I'm adding contacts by category to list such as home services plumber, home
services electricians, taxes, etc.
I can never remember the names of these people but I know what tey do...how
can I print my contact list alpha by category?
using
 
I suspect there is a question in here somewhere. Help us understand what it
is.
 
Which view/print layout? If you move the category to the top of the view it
might work.
