How do I change XP to count 1,2,3,4,5, etc and not 1,10,2,20, etc.

I can't find the option in TweakUI either. I have administrator
rights on Win XP SP1. My computer is not on a network, so I presume
there isn't any "group policy."

How do I fix the numbering?
What version of Tweak UI do I need?

If you have XP Home there is no Group Policy. You need XP Pro for Group
Policy (gpedit.msc).

To fix the numbering, read through the thread.
