How do I add a Mail Message to Opportunity History in BCM (Busine.

When I select Add from the Opportunity form, Mail Message is not an option.

If I go to my sent items, locate the message, and manually add it to the
Opportunity History, it does not appear in the Opportunity History.
 
What do you mean by "manually add it to the Opportunity History"?
Are you dragging the mail msg onto the Opp's history grid?
