How are people conserving water?

Im okay, who needs water when there is a swimming pool in the garden! It may not be the biggest and certainly not the best, but if worse comes to worse we can use it as drinking water :D

and i agree with you Feckit, we sotherners are tough:p:D

Thats true actually, the heat can be dealt with but its that awful stickyness in the air.... terrible when your trying to get to sleep at night.

Oh dear i sound like a sothern pansy now :D

Im not saving water. I live in scotland, im having a thousand showers a day and still have some left over! lol. Actually, i walked past a water leak twice at the weekend, no one seems to have fixed it!! Lazy gits.

sounds like the opposite of what we've been getting down here. Hundreds of people without power for nearly 2 weeks in canterbury as the snow & Ice bought down not just the power lines, but a fair whack of the poles as well. The twats up Auckland get a couple of hours without power & they're all over the news about how it must never happen again etc etc. Apparently, according to them waffling on on the news, us down south are used to that sort of thing (dismissed in a sentance) whereas Aucklanders just don't have the skills to cope so it's much more important to deal with them first. & since that's where most of the money lives they'll probably get it too.

& us in Dunedin... this is weird, but we have just missed the third massive dump of snow to sea level. All over southland & all over Cantubury. But Dunedin in the middle...? Nothing. & no one knows why  I aren't going to complain, freezing my t*ts off in snow so deep you can't see the trucks by the side of the roads & without electricity isn't my idea of fun. But it's weird still.

How to save water> Bath with your dog/cat and partner, all at the same time:D
