Lets make it simple for you:
If all servers were to be turned off, no hard drives, that contain
any media at all, would the internet still work?
Now where did I say that media was the only funcion of the
Internet, moron?
Yet you claim the Internet IS media, but the "Internet" is a network,
it is not defined by nor does it have to include media to exist.
You avoided the question, again.
Lets ask you again, ok? If all media servers were disconnected from
the internet, would the internet still exist?
Yes and it is also being used as media. You sure are stuck on stupid
aren't you?
No, it is not - the internet, were there no media servers, would still
be the internet and yet provide no media.
I have already proven the Internet is media. You are simply to much of a
simple minded fool to see and admit you are wrong by claiming otherwise. I
posted a definition that says tools are media.
http://en.wikipedia.org:80/wiki/Media
Media may refer to:
In communication:
a.. Media (communication), tools used to store and deliver information or
data
What don't you seem to get when this is right in your face? You have
offered no proof of anything you have as anything but your opinion.
A DVD or CD is media. It is a device used to deliver a message.
A newspaper is also media for the same reason. A speaker, a person
delivering a message, is also media. He is the medium. In the same context
so is a radio, a TV and the internet.
It is clear that your lack of understanding and inability and unwillingness
to properly define simple terms is keeping you dumbed down.

Technical Definitions: What is Media? Media Definition.
MEDIA (singular medium) are the print (newspaper, magazines, etc.) and
electronic (radio and television) communication devices used for
advertising.
Maybe you should take your ideas here.

How do you define new media?
Introduction
44:00 Q: How do you define new media? I define new media as blogs, RSS
Feeds, Google Books, podcasts, vidcasts, online video (Youtube, blimptv, etc)
social networks, search engines (certainly), affiliate programs, word of
mouth, viral marketing, second life, online games, virtual trade shows,
online communities, ebooks, kiosks, etc. The buzzword of new media is a
term called "engagement" which has no standard definition or standard way to
measure.
