Help With My New Pc... please?

Ok. Sounds good.

What interface is the hard drive? IDE or SATA? I would imagine that in a system like yours, the hard drive would be the bottleneck so having a RAID0 array would be the only way to take full advantage of the systems capabilities.

May i also ask what brand the PSU is?

I wouldnt so much as consider a generic one for a system like this. the risks and costs should something go wrong would be phonomenal. I would reccoment an Antec True-Power or an Enermax, or something with all the safety features and right amount of voltage per rail etc.

Please tell me it's not a £12.99 one with LED's from eBuyer or something like that...

Hmm...

I'm not sure if i would trust a generic PSU in a system so demanding and expensive...

What does everybody else think?

Thats a good CPU, btw!

Well, i read the site u told me, i did not have to post anything, they pretty much said hands down for gaming that processor is the best!

i have a generic 350W and it does me ok but i dont have a high spec system so im not bothered, but when i upgrade a nice thermaltake purepower 560W is top of the list. i wouldn't even think of using a cheap PSU with a system like that
