Hi David,

What Rally indicates sounds like the "trojan horse dialer.17.h" was
found on a WinME PC System Restore Cache in the file
"a5088192.cpy".

I could have been more clear and concise, but isn't that what I've
been suggesting all along? ;-)

Yes, but I am in Texas and she is in Colorado.
She could probably find someone to download
it for her.

I just called her and asked her if she had run
Ad aware and Spy bot and she said she did
and Ad aware ran find but Spy bot quit part way
through. I asked her to try and run it again.

Thanks again.

Tell here to run these in safe mode too...

David's original response included the restore purge as part of the
process.
Following his advice does alot to simplify TS by eliminating the usual
suspects.
Quite often the only response to his suggestion is "Thanks, that
worked".
While it is not very informative - it gets the job done.

I don't use SpyBot S&D so I can't speculate. I can state that the cause
could be disk
fragmentation or other file allocation problems that would require a
complete Check Disk
with fix.

Does Spybot S&D stop because of the "DSO Exploit" error?

Read this to explain what that is:

If you really want, I believe the patch for Spybot 1.3 to rectify this is
here:
<ftp://fx1.hrz.uni-dortmund.de/sw_data/su1669/spybotsd/spybotsd14b2.exe>
