Ok, I was replying to what you wrote in your post. If what you wrote is a
direct quote from the link you posted, it would have been a good idea to put
quotes around the text or in some way made it clear it was a quote.

i tried to but they baffled me with some sort of foregin language of computer
speak, i have created the full backup disk as they suggested. but i still
don't understand if this is exactly the same as my xp copy of windows disk
that i can shove in the computer and re load everything up from if i mess up
( which is guarenteed) help??
