Update - Emailed MESH & they suggested deleting all USB devices and rebooting - which i did and there's no difference. Emailed them saying it hadn't worked on Friday and am still waiting for a reply. Looking as if i'll have to send it away. Still loathe to call their £1 per minute advice line
