After sell support/customer service is a critical criteria in evaluating any company - even though you were not happy with the shipping delays, it sounds like PC Nextday treated you right concerning your refund. Considering it may not be their fault they did not have the item in stock to ship in a timely fashion, I would not hold this against PC Nextday. If their prices are competitive, I would still consider them for your next purchase.
