But when I ran help and support, it said that it couldn't find helpctr.exe
Tried mentioning the full path in Start, Run?
"c:\windows\pchealth\helpctr\binaries\helpctr.exe"
If that works, then it's only an AppPaths issue that we can fix easily.

I downloaded the helpsvcfix from your website. I ran it and clicked on
Inspect and Fix button and closed all the applications and restarted windows.
But when I ran help and support, it said that it couldn't find helpctr.exe.
Though the service was started in the services.msc list. Now we can say this
is not the last error..........

Ramesh said:If SC.EXE can list the Helpsvc information correctly, I don't think why the Help and Support service is gone missing from Services.msc applet.
