You can't download PPT, sorry. You might try your local computer store
and see if they have the stand alone PPT available for purchase. Or,
depending on the version of Office you have on your computer, you may be
able to use the PPT Upgrade. Be sure to check on that, though, as
salespeople are frequently wrong when they say you can use an upgrade
version.
You can try using Impress from Open Office or Star Office. It will save
as a PPT file, I believe.
Open Office Impress will indeed save in PPT format, but it's best not to
make your presentation too tricky.
