ftp.exe got lost

Hi

Long after I installed w2k adv. server (already SP4)
I nneded today to use ftp.exe (to upload stuff)
It is not in system32!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Where do I get it????
