SmartFTP is one of the more popular

I would also mention WS_FTP LE. It's not the very best FTP client, but
it is reliable, been around for a long, long time and it has a huge
user base. Getting help with it is very easy as it seems that
everybody+dog have used it at one time or another.

In fact, I use his server and client exclusively. Simple, but very cool.
Both are 1 file wonders. Pablo knows his stuff!
