I'm not sure why you would need any "driver" to make the DSL connection
work. It's simply an Ethernet connection between the modem and the pc isn't
it? Try starting safe mode and check Event Viewer and Device Manager for
errors and or non-starting devices.

| Well...I started this process because the computer was in
| a "reboot loop". I jumped through hoops to get a fresh
