I just reread this entire thread. IE7 must be why it doesn't work for you.
I'm using IE6 & OE6.
Do you have any MS Office applications? Or MS Works? Or AutoCAD?
In MS Office applications Ctrl + mouse wheel changes the percentage of Zoom.
It zooms in and zooms out.
In Wordpad Ctrl + mouse wheel will also zoom in and out.
In MS Works Spreadsheets and Databases, Ctrl + mouse wheel will also zoom in
and out. The same as View | Zoom | Click the zoom setting you want.
In AutoCAD the wheel zooms without using the Ctrl key. I use the wheel
button and the mouse wheel to navigate around drawings in AutoCAD all the
time.
Does Ctrl + mouse wheel work in any of those applications? Worpad?
