Flops' sale & freebies

Ok, just call me Mr Wonderful, lol

Now then, who wants to buy that South Park mouse and mouse mat?

Honestly, it will enhance your life :)

Seriously, thank you, if you are a member on this forum, a regular, then you're a friend, so I try to please.

I know that sounds corny but it be true ;)

Cheques received from Mucks & Abarbarian, I thank you.

PSD99 to make up his mind by tomorrow on Asrock Motherboard and Zalman Cooler, otherwise two other purchasers waiting in the wings for those items.

Covenant, cost of sending XP1900 CPU is £1.27, packaging is free. I'm assuming you're waiting to see if the Zalman cooler will be free. If not, please PM me.

Have given cost of postage to another forum member for sale of five games, awaiting their decision by PM.

Don't spend it all at once ... :D

Hey, does that mean we get "good feedback" rating.

Ah yes, our dealer profiles, I'll update yours shortly Mr Mucks. And Abarbarians, although strictly speaking I should wait until the cheques clear, shouldn't I? ;)

To access a user's dealer rating, click on the number within brackets under their avatar/location/posts <<<<< over there :)

If you're all feeling kind, you could update my Hexus rating as well Here. I thank you :)

Love to give you feedback @ Hexus ... but I err, could not see how to do that. :o

I haven't actually been there for 3 years, I notice, but I'm fairly sure you have to sign up to the ratings scheme to be able to give ratings.

Hexus are mostly Ok, all I ever get are their newsletters after I'd signed up and some of those are actually quite interesting. And I think there is an option to opt out of their newsletter sending.

Let's put it this way, as far as I know I've never received spam because of becoming a member of the Hexus rating sheme.

But, if you can't be bothered, it no a biggie :)

I would assume so also ... still, I didn't think to press the big Hexus button on the top left though. :o

I 'subscribe' to quite a few website newsletters ... 'tis one way of keeping up with the times. :thumb:

Not a problem ... I use a throwaway email address initially, if all is well and I like what they send out and I remember ... I'll use a real email address. ;)

But, if you can't be bothered, it no a biggie :)
I never get too bothered on anything these days ... life is getting too short for that. :)

I see Suse 10.1 have made improvements to their install/update routines ... you even install nVidia drivers from YaST these days ... providing you choose the right kernel. :D

The three Thermalright ones are still up for grabs.

The first is an AX-7, the 2nd an SLK-800 (I think) and the third is an 'I don't know what it is but it's by Thermalright and it was only used for a month'.

The poorest performer is the SLK-800, the AX-7 is the best for cooling and the third one is the newest.

Pick out what you think is the better for the job, AX-7 ? ... bearing in mind I gotta sleep with it. :D

Just let me know how much I need to send you including P&P & I'll pop a cheque in the post.

Righty ho, I looked at the 3 coolers and thought 'which one would I choose?'

I went for the newer thermaltake, but it had a YS-Tech fan on it.

So I swapped that with one of the others, which both had Pabst fans.

So, you got probably the last socket A heatsink thermalright made with an 80mm Pabst fan. Pabst fans, as you know, are class :)

Postage was £2.20, packaging free, send me a tenner and we're quits.

Writing it out now, I'll have missed the 5 o'clock post though ... :D

Cheers blue. :thumb:
