enter
it will download this fix
click on it and run
restart computer

this will resolve OE problems and vastly improve it's speed

The winsock "fix" is used to repair your connection after some nastie cleanup screwed your PC.

If you are still having problems connecting to the network after removing spyware, then you may need to initialize your TCP/IP network settings.

Is your Antivirus, antispyware, antiTrojan, antiWorm, auntie Maud up-to-date ??

Outlook Express

Your comments are probably correct however,
for whatever the reason my outlook express was extremely slow in sending mail
and I used this fix and it is now sending/receiving in about 2 seconds or less
so if your outlook express is sluggish try this fix you may get a pleasant suprise

All possible, but i think your software is damaging or your dbx files, if so, try Outlook Express problems, know how available to fix the Outlook Express dbx files and email folders, will restore the email database in no time and solve Outlook Express problem, yet tool for fixing Outlook Express 6 problems and even earlier versions of Outlook Express problems .
