Firework abuse
Are you like me sick and tired of listening to fireworks going off (and last night was quite bad with huge explosions going on and off in what sounded like the front street for hours when its not even Bonfire night). You can sign a petition here to the Government here http://petitions.pm.gov.uk/Firework-abuse/ if you are interested.
I personally feel that Firework night should be limited to the 5th of November only (or at least the nearest weekend to the 5th). To have fireworks going off, every night, for nearly 2 weeks is both unfair to pets and wild life.
