Fantasy Premier League

I'm going to lock the teams in at end of the weekend, and then edit the first post to include the username of PCR members (or other halfs) against the team name - just so we know who is who. :)

Last day to get in before the league starts :D

I've locked the league now - I think that is us all in :)

Guys, I'm sorry to have to ask a "girlie" question - but as two of my players are injured, do I run on to the cyper pitch and zap 'em with a squirt of liniment... or am I meant to click on the substitutes and swap them over? I have tried finding answers on the website, but keep getting a bit lost.

I think I mentioned that I was pretty clueless where footy is concerned - but it's beginning to "grow" on me since joining the Fantasy League -

If they are injured, you can leave them be and your "subs" will come on automatically. However, it they are going to be injured for a while you can make a transfer and buy someone else.

I've looked at your team and Bale only has a short term injury, so it's not too bad (unlike Rooney for example) and I don't know the extent of Neville's ankle injury - but there would be no harm swapping him for someone else :) There are a few teams not playing this week (like Newcastle and Blackburn off the top of my head, so if you pick a replacement just make sure they are playing in gameweek 2). Brown at ManU might be a good temporary replacement, as he should be playing until he gets back.

Now ready to go now.:thumb:
Is everyone in the League all from pcreview as some names i dont know!;)

Ah, thanks Ian :thumb: this helps a lot - you wouldn't believe how long I spent on the website trying to work it out

Yep, I think so :) All the ones I didn't know have joined the PCR league along with perhaps one or two others, so they didn't appear to be spammers.

I wasn't sure who these are though:

ukbest
Manunitedreds
The Ugly Mugs

As long as i get a European slot i dont care.;)
Sadly 3 of my team are injured, dont these players realise this will cost me points!!!

So now we know that Rooney is out for a while, has this messed things up for anyone?! I was close to picking him, so I'm glad I changed my mind!

I'm wondering - as this thread was set up originally for the PCReview team for the Fantasy Premier League, and some of us are not participating in the Sky Sports one, whether we should split this thread and keep them seperate as it is getting a bit confusing talking and posting about two different leagues?

I think it would keep each one more relevant and less unweildy - any thoughts?
