I'm no longer a enemy :p, i'm not as competitive now ;)
The 'enemy' is the illness, and the 'competition' has many prizes ... ;)

we 'crunch' for the cause, and 'cos we care ... :thumb:

I have been around a good few of the other forums who F@H, and I see the same people we have here ... all after the same Goal.

... bleedin' nutters all of them. :D

Chris, taking part is all we ask, the "real" winners are out there ...

Yeah my F@H clients are taking forever to do stuff, it's very different to FaD.

And i also noticed it performs worse than FaD on Multi Processor Machines, it only uses 1 CPU instead of being able to run multiple instances.

Performance can be 'tweaked' ... still researching, can't help much about Windows till I get my new system ... but you are doing 170% better by only doing one work-unit than on a 1 CPU system. ;)

I'm still finding little bits of info here-n-there ... I'll get a thread going next week where I'll want all the crunchers to post what they are using ... then we'll start individual tweaks if and as needed. :thumb:

FaD ran one way F@H does it another ... they are two different subject so you can't really compare them together. :D

At last ... finished.

phew, 2 days 24/7 ... and I think they gave me another doosie ... "0 out of 250,000 steps"

Now, how long before I show on the stats table? :D
