Yep It was a bad CPU Fan sensor on the MOBO They are picking it up today,
I am now back on the slower PC:( Never mind It is only the 2nd DOA MOBO I have had in 8Yrs. Re: BIOS update on ASUS Done that and that is how I found the problem>No did work had to roll it back to the old BIOS. Oh how I hate BIOS updating:wall:

Hiya V_R Ebuyer yes but its not their fault, there seems to be bad batch of that model around, my mate tested it he has all the equipment to do so,when I told him about the problem with the BIOS he knew straight away what to check he also has had to send quite a few RMA`s back to ASUS he works for Easynet-it and I must say he is Shyte hot on ASUS as thats what he installs 99% of the time does 6-10 builds a day.
