Error message

When I turn on the computer I get this message that could run or load
C:\WINDOWS\system32\sstttexe. Make sure the file exists on your computer or
remove the reference to it in the registry. What sould I do

I think you got a Trojan.Agent.GEN or the most fashionable one Vundo
variants on Show <G>.
Run a through scan from an online scanners and offline scanner for both
malware and viruses.
Run disk cleanup and remove all the empty Temp files, navigate to this
file/folder and remove it by pressing SHIFT+DEl to bypass the Bin (try in
safe Mode).
