Emails containing hyperlinks are not working how do I fix this?

The "Edit Registry Key, Part 2 in the provided link
http://www.slipstick.com/problems/link_restrict.htm cured my problems. I had
tried to install both Chrom and Chromium Browsers - was not pleased so
uninstalled but the "chromHTML was still in registry.
