Bruce

you still do not get it do you.

there is a file with extension 'IMG"
if it was an 'image file' I would be fine

your NERO quote shows that NERO SUPPORTS ISO AND BIN/ CUE.

DOES THAT _HELP_ ME TO DO ANYTHING WITH AN IMG FILE?

Will Nero/Nero Express work with ISO, BIN or CUE image files?

Yes.

In Nero Burning ROM just go to Nero Burning ROMs ´File > Burn Image'
option and select your ISO, BIN or CUE image to work with.

In Nero Express select the option for 'Disc Image or Saved Project' to
select the ISO, CUE, or BIN image file and burn to CD or DVD depending
on the image file.

An image file created for CDs can only be written to CDs. An image
file created for DVDs can only be written to DVDs.

does FIREBURNER SUPPORT IMG FILES:

TO BURN VISUAL STUDIO TO A DVD BEFORE BURNING

i mean what the **** is wrong with you bruce; do you not understand
how to spell IMG extension?

if it was a STANDARD IMAGE = ISO OR BIN/CUE I WOULD HAVE BURNT OR
EXTRACTED IT EASILY

by far the most popular?

ARE YOU ON ****ING CRACK?

NERO HAS _TWICE_ THE MARKETSHARE OF ROXIO

Robin;

I am sorry that you are an AOL fag but in the real world, technical
users choose NERO over ROXIO any day of the week.

From
http://www.pcworld.com/article/id,123119-page,1/article.html

Data: Between Nero Burning ROM and Roxio Creator Classic, Nero remains
our choice of the two old-school data-burning applications--even
though it retains an interface that is poorly organized in spots.
Roxio's Creator Classic program may be prettier and easier to use, but
it simply can't match the wide variety of CD and DVD disc projects,
the disc image handling, and the integrated audio ripping and encoding
that Nero Burning ROM offers.

Sonic Solutions has agreed to pay $80m for Roxio's CD and DVD
recording, authoring, photo and video editing applications. Roxio will
receive $70m in cash and $10m worth of Sonic's stock. Roxio will also
change its company name to Napster and looks to trade under the symbol
NAPS on the NASDAQ exchang

I never said that Nero wasn't *better* than Roxio, I said Roxio was more
popular. Why don't you get an article that's less than 2 or 3 years old??
Oh, wait, that's right, you're still living in the past.

INCONSISTENCY means that the company provides images in ISO format--
just like everyone else in the world

and then they provide ONE DOWNLOAD in the IMG format.

WHY?

BECAUSE EVERYONE IN REDMOND IS A SPREADSHEET FAG AND DOESNT HAVE TIME
TO IMPLEMENT CONSISTENCY

-Tom

Uh, NO! People and companies use what is easier and more compatible, NOT
what is more TECHY! :) People and companies get TECHY when TECHY becomes
easier to use and a STANDARD.
