And the are all legally untested when it comes being enforced on private

and every other private individual in the US has every right to ignore
it, because there is no legal precedent that gives copyright owners to
"shrinkwrap license" usage terms on private, non-commercial individuals.
I'll wait for legal proof before giving up my rights in my home. You
have every right to follow "shrinkwrap license" usage terms in your home
on nothing more than faith.
