Does an Add-On exist for Remote Desktop for Win2000->WinXP or WinXP->Win2000 ?

As far as I know the Remote Desktop feature is only built-in in WinXP.
But can I add the Remote Desktop feature/tool for Windows 2000 as well
(either as a client or as a server)?
Where can I download it?

Besides, Windows 2000 professional can not act as a Terminal Server.
Windows 2000 Server can.

I use Radmin, it lets me sit at my XP Pro computer, or any other
computer, from 98SE to Me, to 2k to XP any version, and log into ANY
other computer on my network. I can then manipulate their computer
just like I was sitting in front of it. I do have to run a version of
the program in the background on each computer, but for me that is not
an issue.
I currently have 19 computers on my home network.
