Thanks for that info. If it doesn't work on images that are stored on
your hard drive ISTM that rules out the webcam as the source of the
problem. *Perhaps* something related to the XP version/Service Pack that
you're running - the app might not have been tested on all XP
variations. Just guessing - reports from a few more testers might help
pinpoint this. Anyone?
