Deleted items are not showing in recycle bin for the users

Hi,
We are using Folder redirection for users Mydocuments and desktop folders
with group policies in windows 2003. User deleted files from my documents are
showing in recycle bin but the same user deletes file from desktop, It is
permenently deleting. How to setup the desktop deleted files also to go into
the recycle bin. Appreciated, if anyone help me in this situation.
