Oooops ... sorry.

In your case, I have heard of a program called PDF_Info.exe, which purports
to do exactly what you describe. I think it is freeware, but have no idea
where
to locate it. I will try to Google around.

Tony posted a link already. Its not quite what I wanted (because of
the two steps creating and editing), but thanks anyways.
