I have been asked to copy messages with attachments from outlook web access
and I would like to know if there is a way to copy whole folders at a time to
the desktop or usb storage device without loosing any attachments or do I
have to open download and copy each message separatley....Please tell me
there is an easier way as there are about 6,000 emails.
I look forward to hearing from you.

Kerri

No easier way - OWA is simply a browser VIEW of your Exchange folders. You
need to select each item you want copied and save it to your hard drive.

Do you have http:// (not https://) access to the mailbox? If so, you can use
Outlook - otherwise you will need Exchange, Pop3, or IMAP access to the
mailbox.

Hi Diane,
Sorry I don't quite understand as I am new to computers. Should I buy online
outlook and then copy the folders to my computer? and I don't understand
anything about Exchange, Pop3 or Imap....sorry but I still need help.
Regards
Kerri

Exchange is the mail server that provides Outlook Web Access. There is no
"online outlook" available for sale.

The url you use to access Outlook Web Access (OWA) - does it begin with
http:// or https:// ?
