computer screen not covering window

Dear Sam

Enlight of the post "unknown", I would just like to say that I appreciate
the information regarding "Degauss". Even if it does not relate to my type of
monitor, I think it is better to be sure that sorry. And I will continue to
steer clear of fiddling with it untill I have a manual to get the proper
instructions.
