columns in calendar

Is is possible whilst on a day view to set columns into the view? I have 5
meeting rooms that I manage and I need to be able to see vacancies more
easily.

Yes, if you have Outlook 2007.

Version of Outlook? Both 2003 and 2007 (and the upcoming 2010) can show
multiple calendars in the view. In older version you'll need to open each
calendar in a new window.
