Cant Delete inbox mail

Probably due to interference from an antivirus program. Which if
any such programs do you have?

Just getting rid of the message is not a good idea. Making it so you can
delete
the message is a better idea.

It's not a good idea to get rid of the message except by getting
rid of what causes it.

I cannot delete my email as it shows an unknown error has occured. I am not
very computer savy and hate Vista. Can anyone help me in laymans terms???

I've seen some not very computer literate people respond that
they were able to do it, and some respond that they needed to
find someone more computer literate to help them.
