canon i850 - i865 printhead cost

The problem seems to be the refill ink.
But your 950 works perfect with the bulk ink right?

Both my i950 and my s820 before it have performed flawlessly with ink
from www.inksupply.com (MIS Associates), I cant speak for (or about) any
other bulk inks.

ever thought of calling and saying your 3 year old got to the printer and
somehow broke your printhead (think of the details, add carts emptied and
all over your floor, "how do I clean this from carpet", to it for a little
reality) so you have to buy a new one having just bought the printer and
hardly used it etc

see what they have to say then. They may well be on to you from the start,
but then you may just convince them and get some form of real answer.
 
Does have anybody use with canon and epson printers pigment ink from
mediastreet.com?
The pigment ink may damage the printhead?
What is the diference between dye and pigment ink?
