Can Viruses and spammers find your address in other
peoples computers when you are listed in the Blind Carbon
Copy section?

If they were the sender of the message, then most likely yes since Microsoft
Outlook does store the BCC information of sent items.

If said parties where a recipeint of a message that only had BCC recipients,
then it should be no if the sending mail client and mail server are not
doing anything weird to the message in transport. (Note: Some ISPs will tag
the internet header with an "X-" field that contains all recipient names.)
