Purist or not, you've recognized the dilemma many of us in the repair
business face with computer illiterate customers.
That works for me.
I understand the methodolgy of the upgrade vs. full version, the thought
behind the why of it is somewhat archaic.
This thread turned into somewhat of a debate for which I apologize.
