Hi Ady,

Thanks for getting back to with regards to the clenaer. Would think that it would come with something do wipe the cleaner of afterwards? I think they do but I'm not sure.

It doesn't come with anything - just use a lint free cloth.
 
I would not suggest TFT wipes as although the material is good, they are mostly inpregnated with a cleaner.

Anything like a coffee filter is perfect, and paper kitchen towel can often be ok too if its not fluffy - basically anything that is clean and doesn't leave any bits behind.
 
I shall take heed of the advice offered as well and stop using my finger.
