Fortunately - for all concerned - they seem to understand that laps are not really an option. They generally will form a semi-circle and gently prod one's leg to attract attention. A tickle behind the ears or under the chin usually keeps 'em happy. Until one of them thinks that the other is receiving more attention... then it's war. The gentle paw prods switch from patting human legs, to batting, less gently, at each other.Crikey, TC, wouldn't want one of them jumping on my lap when in that situation.
Ablutions can be eventful in our house!
