Blocking disruptive people

I'm curious as to why. What, in your opinion, makes one newsreader
better for some newsgroups, and another better for others (leaving
aside the question of binary groups).

I use Agent for everything.

Maybe he doesn't know how to set it up for multiple
servers/personas... or the version he has won't do that.

Maybe, but it sounded to me like he did it by choice. Let's wait to
see what he tells us.
 
I just think it's better to use the software that you're trying to help
others with. It's easier to check out the settings, etc. If I were helping
users with Agent, then I'd do it from Agent.
And, if I wasn't retired with time on my hands, and trying to help others, I
probably wouldn't be using either WM or WLM.

OK, understood. I'm not an expert in either WLM or Agent, and don't
try to help people with either.
