Malevolent snake-ware !!


Thanks for sparing the rest of us.

An add-note on the company's history, besides the hijacking of Treepad.
A groups.google search shows they have a history of dirtying ACF with
advertisements for their payware file manager. They got flamed for it
each time. When I first saw here that they'd finally put forth a free
version, I had a naive thought that perhaps the message finally got
through to them. Yet nope, on the contrary: their answer to freeware
was to concoct a reptilian call-home creature.

I didn't realize that this is Spyware, otherwise i wouldn't post it!
Sorry for that.
The freeware Version is'nt bad, but as Spyware it is'nt worth of it !
I am using Total-Commander since years!
It is the best for me, because of so many very useful Plugins, no
other file-manager has that much.

Great site. Loads of freeware addons and plugins for TC.

I was just as amazed at this site as when I looked at user clubs for Linux
all over the world last night.

People are organizing themselves around projects, software, operating
systems, in an amazing way with the help of internet.

Voluntary work is done and organized, free and open source software is
created at an ever increasing rate.
The best ideas will attract more voluntary help than other ideas, mankind
is starting to work like a gigantic super mind.
