Ya gotta be really stupid to say the IEEE guide does “not recommend”

Bud,

You may be really "smart" when it comes to technology issues but "You gotta
be really stupid" when it comes to people skills.

When I was younger, I told a client friend that what he wanted to do with
his computer was really simple. His reply is burned into my brain 'cuz he
was 100% correct.

He said: "It's only simple if you know how to do it." Simple but so true.

FWIW

If your comment is with regard to w_tom – he will post the same thing
despite what anyone will say. He will be back soon somewhere else, or
maybe here, with identical crap about plug-in suppressors. He twists
what sources, like the NIST and IEEE guides, say to fit his beliefs. It
is obvious to people like DevilsPGD that w_tom is wrong. As I said, “w_
has a religious belief (immune from challenge)”. Repeatedly saying the
IEEE guide does not recommend plug–in suppressors is “really stupid”.

If your comment is with regard to anyone else - what is not clearly
explained. I really try to provide clear comments.
