You know who Frank reminds me of?
Richard Speck, who brutally murdered eight nurses in Chicago back in
1966. Because Frank, like Speck has absolutely no remorse and actually
enjoys being made fun of and being a sick, obviously disturbed creep
with sexual perversions his main interest. Speck liked looking like a
woman, injected himself with drugs to grow sizeable boobs, wore silk
underwear (see video) and had sex in prison to avoid getting killed as
many mass murderers do.
