Are there viruses that delete MP3s?

The copyright info in the Id3 tag can be edited with mp3 tag studio:

....but the clueless masses will still lose mp3s to the
hypothetical mp3 deleting "copyrightware" if the
tags (and generally speaking, mp3 files) are unaltered.
